Question: would it be possible that if we could develop such technology, know what animals are thinking or just they can understand us more than now

  1. @moonbeta: That’s a great question. I think the answer is yes. There is a lot of work in the field of animal cognition (thinking) now and we are learning more and more about how animals communicate with each other and with us.

    There have already been some scientists who work with parrots, primates and other social mammals demonstrating that animals can comprehend words and even grammar/syntax as we use it.
