Can also be about what messages your taste buds are sending to your brain.
Some people like to trick the brain into thinking something tastes different to what you expect. Good Chefs do this all the time. But theres a fruit called the Miracle Fruit which tricks your brain into thinking very sour things like lemons taste as sweet as sugar!
