No, but my old neighbors did and his name was Sabur. He had a tumour in his leg and the had to put him down, but he meant alot to me and i miss him everyday

@wendy01: Yes, cancer is a health issue seen regularly in Rottweiler populations (enough that it is listed as a health issue of the breed).
Osteosarcomas (bone tumours) are reported as being fairly common.
