There was a megalodon. It was an ancestor of the sharks. We think it is extinct (but the ocean is a very big place and nature is full of surprises).
They are thought to have been up to 18 meters long and be rather similar to a white pointer shark (just LOTS bigger)
You can’t always believe google. As Peter said, they’re extinct, but we roughly know the size from fossils, including its massive teeth. That means people can produce images or animations of what it would look like and how big it was, but not based on it being alive now.
