Probably. It depends on how heavy the car is and how much the tyre (and your foot) could deform without serious damage. It could break your foot, or if you’re lucky it would just hurt a lot but not do any permanent damage.
It’s probably better for it to be going 200 km/h rather than just stopping and sitting on your foot, though!
Ouch. And if it was going 200Km/Hr the wind would suck you into it which would hurt even more. But it would take a couple of seconds before the pain reached your brain, by which time the car would be long gone.
